Cancellation of Orders. You may return any goods found to be unsuitable, for exchange or refund. You may cancel your order without reason within the 7 day 'cooling off period' begining the day after you receive your goods, and ending on the expiry of 7 working days. The items should not have been used, and should be returned in the orginal packaging. You will be liable for your own postage costs incurred in returning the items to us. We guarantee to refund any monies due within 30 days of cancellation. A deduction will be made for our costs incurred in the return of the items, if we have to arrange for the direct collection of the items.

Any items found to be faulty may be returned for a exchange or full refund. Your return postage costs will be fully refunded on the faulty items. This does no affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Complaints Procedure : Please make your complaint in writing, or via email, stating your name address, order number and the date ordered together with the nature of your complaint. We will endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 working days. We will advise you of how long it will take to resolve and keep you informed.

Overseas Customers, PLEASE NOTE: Any extended guarantees offered by manufacturers on items such as bowls, will not be withstanding on any items which have been taken or shipped outside of the UK. This does not effect your statsatory Righrs, or your Distance Selling Rights as a customer.
